Really disappointed with the pizza I ordered today from Domino’s. The cheese was in small, unmelted chunks (photo attached), which completely ruined the texture and taste. It didn’t feel fresh at all, and overall the pizza had no proper flavor. What’s even more frustrating is that I tried raising a concern through your app, but every time I tried to submit feedback, it just said “Oops, an error occurred.” Tried calling your customer care number too but no response and the virtual assistant didn’t work properly. Really disappointed with both the food quality and the customer support. Please improve both.

Terrible Experience with Domino’s – Sector 32 Branch Placed a late-night order with Domino’s Sector 32 branch. The order was accepted, but never delivered. It’s been over an hour and the status still shows “pending.” Tried calling the store multiple times, but no one is answering. This is the second time I’m facing such an issue with this branch. I’m now forced to write an email for a refund because there is no other way to reach support. After waiting an hour, I finally ordered from La Pino’z, which delivered on time and provided much better service. Domino’s really needs to look into the poor management at the Sector 32 outlet. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a customer today.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... Disgusting pizzas.. We dined in waited for more than 45 mins and got extremely cold pizzas upon asking to replace them got turned down. They said they can't do anything about it... Srsly???? I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Will order some thing but dough was not well base sauce made of ketchup and mayonnaise and food was cold and taco is not delivered by dominos
