⭐ 1 Star – Customer Support is a Joke I ordered from Domino’s Sector 32 (Ludhiana) — expecting a simple dinner. Instead, I got the wrong pizza. I clearly ordered Sourdough Slim Chicken Pepperoni, but they delivered Jalapeño Pesto Pizza which I did NOT order at all. Mistakes can happen — but what shocked me is this: There is no way to contact the store. • Support chat doesn’t show this order at all — only old ones. • The number listed for the store is always busy. • The Google number sends you to Domino’s helpline which never connects you back to the actual restaurant. So basically, once the food is delivered, Domino’s becomes unreachable. If a customer gets the wrong order, there is ZERO system to fix it. This is genuinely disappointing. Domino’s should allow customers to directly reach the store that delivered the order — especially when the order is wrong. I have screenshots proving this, and I hope Domino’s takes this seriously.

⭐ 1 Star – WRONG ORDER + ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT This is honestly shocking. I ordered a Sourdough Slim Chicken Pepperoni Pizza from Domino’s Sector 32 (Ludhiana) — but I was given a Jalapeño Pesto Pizza, which I never ordered. The REAL problem? There is NO WAY to reach the store after they mess up: ❌ The Domino’s support chat does NOT even show this order — only old ones. No option to select this order for help. ❌ The number on the website stays BUSY every time. ❌ The number on Google Maps sends you to the helpline, which never connects back to the restaurant. ❌ In short — Domino’s took the money, delivered the wrong food, and gave me NO way to contact them. This is not a small issue — if customers receive the wrong order, there MUST be a direct way to speak to the restaurant. What’s the point of “30-minute delivery” if there’s zero accountability afterward? Strongly request Domino’s to fix this immediately — ✔ show ALL recent orders in support chat, ✔ allow us to contact the actual store, ✔ and take responsibility when W R O N G food is delivered. I’m attaching screenshots to show how completely broken the support system is.

I ordered panner tikka Garlic Bread and Cheese base Pizza with corn , they had kept only onions stuffed in the garlic bread and it was not even baked properly. it was raw and I found only two pieces of paneer inside it and the pizza was not even baked properly. I am filing a complaint since 2 days but I am not getting any reward on my complaint. When I call Domino's they say that no order has come in the past. I mean what is the nonsense,customer is upset since 2 days and you are not keeping any reward,What is the meaning of the service, I do not understand at all. Domino's does not provide good service at all.
