have tried many pizza places in the area but none compare to the quality and taste of New York Pizza and Pasta. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I have order stuffed garlic bread in that they have studfed rotten onion i am unable to eat it,, such a worst thing and also i am unable to book a complaint regarding it in the app… Seriously you guys are going worst….i am fully disappointed with you guys…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent pizza order. Upon opening the box, I found a worm inside the pizza, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I immediately tried to contact the store, but no one responded—calls went unanswered and there was no other way to reach them. This experience has left me shocked and concerned about their food safety standards. I would strongly urge the store to take accountability and improve their quality control and customer service.

Madurai Bypass road branch. I have made my first order today, order time 1:38PM. After calling the store and reminding them 2 times they dispatched my order. Delivery time 2.36PM. The outlet is just 1km away from my home. There was no intimation of delayed delivery or apology neither. On a smart move the store people haven't updated the delivery status in the app. So it means that order was not delivered as per app. So you can't raise complaint. So Domino's 30mins guarantee delivery is fake.
