Order no 5.. 15th March.. Cold pizza delivered after one hour.. They show pizza as delivered within 30 minutes in app.. Had called customer care twice and store manager also who confirmed pizza hasn't even left the store even after 45 minutes and they said it is wrongly showing in app as delivered pls wait.. Worst experience.. Broke the 30 minute delivery guarantee.. Still not refunded.. Cold pizza delivered for namesake after 1 hour of repeated calling.. Don't order here my humble advice.. Order only if u want to have a cold leathery pizza and it's the second time they show in app as delivered before delivering that's really unacceptable..
