Good Pizza's, good service, very clean restaurant and from what I could see of the Kitchen it looked clean and Tidy, we dined on the meal for two and it was good value, bill came to around 4 Pounds in our money.

Dear Domino’s Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally complain about a highly unprofessional and distressing experience I faced while placing an order through the Domino’s App at approximately midnight ]. I had already added a ₹30 tip in the app while placing the order. Despite this, two different delivery personnel called me one after another, demanding additional tips. One of them even insisted that I travel nearly 1 km to collect the order myself. When I refused these unreasonable demands, they refused to deliver the order, threatened to cancel it, and eventually cancelled it deliberately. This behavior is completely unacceptable and felt like harassment and coercion. As a customer, I should never be pressured or intimidated for additional tips, especially after already tipping through the app. I request the following: 1. A full investigation into the conduct of the delivery personnel involved 2. Written clarification of Domino’s tipping policy, especially regarding whether delivery staff are allowed to demand tips 3. Assurance that strict action will be taken so this does not happen to me or any other customer again 4. Confirmation that this issue has been logged and addressed seriously This incident has significantly impacted my trust in Domino’s service. I expect a prompt and responsible response.
