I had a very poor experience with this Domino’s outlet today. I placed an order via Zomato, which was flagged as ‘Rejected’ by the app. Naturally, I ordered from another restaurant. However, a Domino's driver showed up later demanding payment. When I explained that the app showed the order was cancelled, he was extremely rude, telling me, 'I don’t care what Zomato shows you, the food is here, pay and pick it up.' I refused the order as I had already paid for other food. Domino’s needs to sync their system with their delivery partners and train their staff on basic customer service.

I received my order after 1.45 mins also the pizza was not even one percent hot.
