Dear Team Domino's, I visited your Domino's store at Shopprix Mall, Meerut, today and was disappointed by its unhygienic conditions. The presence of houseflies and lack of cleanliness were concerning. I am unsure about the auditing and management oversight at this store. If the situation persists, I recommend considering temporary closure until improvements are made. Such conditions are not reflective of Domino's standards. Pizza not delivered for more than one and a half hour. Executives at the restaurant giving false information that pizza is being baked and dispatched. Pathetic service.

Store is not operating basic hygiene, Making pizzas by naked hands, not wearing gloves. Enquired with staff , said its company policy. Compromising with basic hygiene by Jubliant foods is very strange.
