Food was stale and a bad odour was coming from it

Sitting area was like some garage or store room.. furniture was below standards.. there was water leakage from AC.. walls were stinking with "slaab'.. staff was less concerned with customer service.. AC was super chilled. When asked them to increase temperature they refused and tell silly reason that they are automatic set and temperature can't be changed whereas it was split AC which is normally installed in any shops or homes. Maybe store is closing or else they are trying to make it close. Overall 1 star..

Staff is inexperienced and they also lack in empathy, after my order I ask for a glass of water but I took them 10 minutes to check they don't have RO water, but when I asked for a paid bottle they provide me in 20 seconds. I am astonished these guys are serving in prime market with this kind of behaviour, I'll avoid to visit this branch in future
