I placed a dine-in order of ₹250. I paid ₹500 in cash to the staff member (Card not accepted only cash). He returned ₹200 and clearly told me that the remaining ₹50 would be given at the time of order delivery. However: The ₹50 balance was never returned No bill/invoice was provided for the order Even after delivery, the staff did not return the remaining amount. It is not about money it is about honesty. This is unacceptable behavior and creates doubt about billing transparency and customer trust. I request: Issuance of the bill/invoice Strict action against such practices at this outlet Please look into this matter seriously. Very bad food ... i ordered Jalpeno and corn Garlic bread , they seved onion and paneer with stinky cheese and visible bad oil , very much hard to eat ... regret my decison
