My experience at this Domino's outlet in Mumbai was not great for the following reasons: 1. AC Issues: The air conditioning does not work properly, making the indoor environment uncomfortably hot. 2. Poor Pizza Taste: The taste of the pizza here is not up to the usual Domino's standards. I had corn pizza three days ago, and it was disappointing. It was far from the quality found at Domino's outlets in Delhi, Kolkata, or Hyderabad. 3. Overall Experience: Compared to other Domino's outlets, this one falls short in terms of both service and food quality. For me, it was a letdown. Taste preferences can vary, but based on my experience, this outlet did not meet my expectations.

Rude behaviour, very arrogant. The way she treated customer which was standing in front of me was absolutely not tolerable( the customer was Riksha driver and new to store and was asking basic questions to server but she behaved badly with him). Even she replied arrogantly to me when I asked what’s the total bill. This is not expected from such a good F&B brand. Minimum basic communication skills should be there to treat customer.
