placed an order and made the online payment, but my order has not been delivered yet. The app still shows it as “in progress.” I tried contacting the store, but no one responded properly. This is very disappointing and unprofessional service.

This is the 3rd time we visited and they have denied to take the order , very bad service , it doesn’t matter if we have to wait but not taking an order is just not the right way. Very bad

such a scammy place placed two orders one was cancelled by the store and was prepaid no refund received for that. no customer care number and when contacted the store they said wait for 24 hours if not received call back. called at least 10-15 times no one answered or called back for 2 days the other order showed delivered and and we did not receive any pizzas! the driver turned off the phone and same on contacting the store they said we will refund and have still not received anything been three days and almost 20 calls later we have been scammed for not one but two orders. would not recommend anyone to order from this outlet.

I have placed a order for borivali but bcz of server issue maybe they may fetch my current location that was bandra , so i called the store manager just to tell her to cancel my order immediately instead of apologizing for server error she started yelling and using words like kya badtameezi hai yeh and all
