Worst customer service, worst hygiene, worst Domino’s ever. Worst staff, worst system, worst experience. Went to this Domino’s at 8:45 PM in the rain, and wow… what an experience. First they made us stand for 15 minutes just to take the order, then after taking the full order casually said the system is down and we’ll need to wait another 30 minutes. Oh wait, the staff had a “brilliant idea” — we can order on mobile! We did exactly that, only for them to tell us AGAIN that even mobile orders need more than 30 minutes just to get to them as system is down. No problem if they had told us upfront, but here they talk as if making customers wait endlessly is their right. 🤦 Tables? Dirty. Cleaning? Non-existent. Staff? Too busy being unhelpful and absolutely clueless. E Honestly, this is less a Domino’s outlet and more a waiting room with overpriced food. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to.
