I ordered veg peppy paneer pizza today that is on 23april2025 what I got is a weird looking pizza with a cup of cheese in Middle of the pizza....what on earth is happening...please take the pizza back n give Me a refund....or else I will complain with the food authorities

I ordered 5 items but still it's not dilevered they are taking too much time almost 2 hours completed but I didn't receive my order, why because it's cash order?, very pathetic service provided by dominos and the branch calling number also not working.... The borivali branch service also very poor .....

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of hygiene and cleanliness I observed during my recent visit to your Domino’s outlet. The tables were visibly dirty, with crumbs, stains, and grease left over from previous customers. Despite the staff not appearing to be overly busy, no effort was made to clean or sanitize the dining area properly. This is highly concerning, especially considering the importance of maintaining strict hygiene standards in food establishments. Additionally, the floor was sticky, and there were napkins and litter scattered in various corners, creating an uninviting and unsanitary environment. Such conditions are unacceptable, as they not only reflect poorly on your brand but also pose a potential health risk to customers. I strongly urge you to address these hygiene issues immediately by implementing stricter cleaning protocols and ensuring your staff is trained to prioritize cleanliness. A restaurant of Domino’s caliber should uphold much higher standards, and I hope to see significant improvements in the future. You can adjust the tone or add specifics based on your experience.
