Had ordered through Zomato. Prepaid order. The delivery guy came till the doorstep and left without delivering the parcel, just cuz phone wasn't answered. Called the delivery guy back immediately. He never responded. Call the restaurant, they were rude enough to ask us to call through Domino's contact center and disconnected the line. Nobody answered after that. No refund eleither

The order did not arrive. No refund either. Delivery agent didn't bother answering our calls. Restaurant guys were rude and kept disconnecting calls.

If you order online from Domino’s, you’ll get your pizza within 30 minutes. But if you choose to dine in, the service is extremely slow. It seems they’re only interested in serving online orders quickly, while in-store customers are left waiting much longer. This is disappointing and needs improvement.

We are sitting in Dominos right now.. and there is no cleanliness here at all, and no one is cleaning either.. the AC is also not working properly, there are too many mosquitoes, no one pays attention to cleanliness
