Placed an order 2.5 HOURS back and still nothing. The app has been showing “Delivery in 9 mins” for the past HOUR. What kind of joke is this? You guys shout about 30-min delivery guarantee with ₹300 refund, but it’s all FAKE. No way to complain, no one answers calls, and your chatbot is DEAD – keeps telling me I don’t even have an active order. Are you serious? This is straight-up CHEATING customers. I feel robbed. If you can’t deliver, stop making false promises. Absolute scammy service. Never trusting you again. Update: Got call after 3 hrs that the order is out for delivery. Should I be happy for the food being delivered or sad for the late delivery!

I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest billing practices at Domino's. We order a medium pizza she forcefully gave us large size. A pathetic service. Firstly cancel the order but payment was done. They didn't add the remaining order. Its been week I didn't receive money back. Which we dint had the food. I had came to ur location they said u will receive how the bank works. Never visit this location.
