Extremely Poor Service – Very Disappointing Domino’s at Clare road byculla has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Staff don’t stand up to take orders properly, and if you request any change to preset meals (for example, swapping an item in a “Meal for Two” for something cheaper), they simply refuse – even when it costs less. They are completely inflexible and unhelpful. They don’t accept card payments at all – only Google Pay – which is very inconvenient. The hygiene is awful. The washroom was locked, and instead of opening it themselves, staff just handed me the key. Inside, it was dirty, with no soap or handwash refilled. Even though the outlet is open until 11 PM, after 10 PM they clearly don’t want customers to dine in. They’ll say your order will take 45 minutes to an hour just to discourage you from staying, which is extremely unprofessional. Overall, this branch needs serious improvement in service, hygiene, and customer attitude. Definitely not recommended. 👎

We had been gone yesterday they were not interested in taking orders theire were 6-7 workers who were busy on their phone but not interested in taking orders we told them is their anyone to take order they told to wait....their time passing was more important rather to take an order we wait for many times than we move out...
