I have been staying in charkop for like 15 years now I have ordered multiple times from this outlet My order number is 303. Date of order is 30 Nov 2025. I did order two garlic breads They were completely cold Food wasn't even edible. I called the agent he said i will redeliver it to you and Didn't deliver They completely take money from us. And then CHEAT THE CUSTOMER THIS THING HAS HAPPENED WITH ME THRICE. Maybe i thought that if I download app It will be better But the point is that if you do zomato ATLEAST IT WILL PAY BACK MONEY IF NOT SATISFIED. BUT in THE app people wont even bother to see wheather you ate or not COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.

I recently placed an order with Domino’s (Order Slip: DPI65911, Order No. 102) and was very disappointed with the overall quality. Although the delivery was on time, all three pizzas were poorly prepared. The pizzas arrived cold, the cheese wasn’t properly melted, and the toppings were uneven and looked rushed. For the price paid, this level of quality is unacceptable. Even with timely delivery, the food experience was disappointing. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves the consistency and quality of their pizzas.

On 30th oct, 2025 I visited with my siblings. There is no cleanliness in the lobby. I asked multiple times than they come to clean. There was a single person at counter and same person to clean the floor. Another couple with his newborn baby came. We were talking and ask at counter to clean the table. They took 15/20 minutes just to clean the table. While we are eating pizza. Another table was clean, he ask for water bottle but the person at counter besides him there was a another person he passed comment " Jhak Marne aaya" to him. We all were shocked. Than he heard and slap him. This was very disappointing. How the dominos are hiring staff. People don't know to treat client. How they are still in market. After us another people also ask to clean. Floor was very dirty. And I want to add something 3/4 mens were outsider the door sitting on some table. Even washroom was not there. They told " band hai, kaam chal rha hai". I just authority you really needs to inspection there. There is some wrong there. We visited multiple times there. Becoz of hygiene issue we are not visiting Charkop dominos. But my kid was hungry. Thatwhy we visited. Dominos is good brand and food. But becoz of service issue you falling. I hope so you will work on it. Thank you
