Very very unprofessional behaviour of working staff at working hours. They are always loud while talking and gossiping. While taking order they have different attitude..like they dont want to work.No welcoming nature. All are same even the seniors over there. No gloves while preparing. Chembur dominoss quality is D grade. Ambience is also worst there is only on ac working which is about to die. Flies everywhere.

I’m highly disappointed with the pathetic service provided by Domino’s. I placed an order around 12:35 AM, and your staff kept me waiting for over an hour, showing that the order was on its way. After all that waiting, the team cancelled the order on their own without any intimation or valid reason. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers place late-night orders trusting your service, and such careless behavior shows zero respect for their time. Please take strict action against the staff responsible and ensure such incidents do not repeat.

these people are fooling all the customers by asking for a OTP which has to be given to them at the time of delivery and instead what they do is they call customers and try to ask for OTP before the order is delivered so that they dont have to face the repercussions of the 30minute guarantee , I would urge each and everyone to not get into this habit of making their life easy and it is not about getting your food free , it is about the commitment and the service that they are wanting to provide to customers I am writing this here as it has happened to me twice by the same store and above that when I tell them its already 30mins I asked them do I look like a fool to you and this guy replies saying what do u mean by a fool aap ho hi , then obviously a heated argument had to take place , cut the story short these people really need to work on either committing correctly or atleast telling prior as to what the issue is
