The service was really pathetic , this is the thrice time that we have ordered from dominos and continuously three times they have cancelled the order and not only that but after 45 minutes each and every time we receive a call that our order is cancelled . The one which we talked was a man named Sahil he was really rude and arrogant. I really hated the service and it really ruined my mood

This Domino’s outlet is absolutely pathetic when it comes to delivery and customer service. My most recent order was delayed by 1 hour, and just last week my order was delayed by a shocking 3 hours. To make matters worse, the delivery guy had the audacity to show attitude instead of apologizing. I called the store, the manager, even tried contacting the zone manager and higher authorities — no one had the decency to respond. This is not just poor service, it’s pure negligence and disrespect for customers. Domino’s is supposed to be a global brand that values its customers, but this outlet has turned it into a complete joke. If the management doesn’t care, then why should customers? This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and unless serious action is taken, people are better off ordering from literally anywhere else.
