The Domino's at Gokul Dham Goregaon east is really not good. employees don't sense to talk, and the customer delight manager Ms Riddhi, as on manager post doesn't even solve the issue and she knew she was wrong n doesn't even provided her boss no. other day I went card machine not working (told me to pay or online payment), dine place with full of left over on tables i.e. all unclear tables n fool smell, chhipakalee on wall of dine place , Told me digital bill given or physical invoice given, i had to ask for my invoice copy and remaining change too. please don't go by Photos and picture uploaded, really not worth place to go and order food. yes, once upon a time was really good place but everything change now . please dont go. very disappointing place n waste of money

I had a very bad experience at Domino’s recently, and honestly, the service quality seems to be going down day by day. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Firstly, there was a major issue while making the payment. The staff seemed completely clueless and instead of helping, they made the situation worse. Rather than guiding properly or resolving the issue, their behaviour was rude and unprofessional. It felt like they weren’t interested in assisting customers at all. On top of that, their attitude throughout the interaction was extremely disappointing. Basic courtesy and customer service seem to be missing at this outlet. For a brand as big as Domino’s, this is really unexpected and unacceptable. Overall, the experience was far below any reasonable standards. With the way things are going downhill here, I genuinely won’t recommend anyone to visit this place. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—there are much better options around.

This place is filthy. Don’t go by the photos they have posted online. This shop is right below Satellite Tower. They do not maintain any hygiene standards. The photos that have shows are highly deceiving. There’s garbage everywhere, rats and cockroaches. Water can full of water, mosquitoes living in it. Please think 100 times before ordering from here. Just go have a look at the place. Thank you.ordered the 5-course meal from Domino’s expecting a proper, fulfilling meal — what I received was shocking. The quantity was extremely poor and nowhere close to what was advertised. On top of that, the condition in which the food was delivered was appalling. It genuinely looked like someone’s leftover meal packed in a hurry. The rice and side dish were half-spilled and stuffed carelessly into a small tin tray. Items were tossed around, and fried pieces were scattered in the delivery box, soaked in oil stains — with no care for hygiene or presentation. If this is what Domino’s considers a "meal," it's a clear sign of how low their standards have dropped. I mean just look at what was advertised to me and what was delivered. This is so misleading and cheating customers for the value of their money. This experience was completely unacceptable. Not just poor quality, but it made me question food safety and hygiene as well. I won’t be ordering again unless there's a serious improvement.

Pizza was nice and given early but workers were literally ignoring,had no change,tables were just left uncleaned and for the ₹99 meal,the worker straight up said that they dont have ingredients for it.They took atleast 20 mins to take the order.
