Quick and easy pickup. Pizza was hot, fresh, and generously topped. Ordering via app was smooth. Garlic bread was okay but could use more flavor. Staff were efficient and polite. Great for a fast pizza fix.

Can't imagine Domino's store is so Dirty and full of dust. Not clean and very bad vibes. Food is good but ambience is not pleasant

The service here is extremely slow. I was made to wait 25 minutes for my order , when there were only 2 other customers in the shop. Absolutely pathetic service.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Billing Fraud and Mismanagement at Domino’s Pizza Outlets Dear Domino’s India Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am a regular customer of Domino’s and have been enjoying your pizzas with my family for the past seven years. However, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment over two recent experiences that suggest serious billing fraud and mismanagement at your outlets. Around six months ago, I visited your Kanjurmarg outlet in Mumbai with my girlfriend. A female staff member took our order and informed us that the server was down and therefore, she could not provide us with a bill. She asked if we could pay online or in cash. Despite our concern that a bill could not be generated, we agreed and paid ₹415, which went directly to her personal account. We were not issued any official receipt, and the excuse provided (server issue) didn’t justify the lack of billing. I have saved all the relevant details and proof from that incident. I chose to overlook the matter at the time. However, on June 9, 2025, between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM, I visited the newly opened Domino’s outlet in the Vikhroli area. When I inquired if the same staff member had been transferred there, she again told me that she could not generate a bill due to "system issues" and asked me to pay via a method that would not go through the store system (like JPay). I requested the price of a regular Cheese Burst pizza and was told ₹390. However, the same pizza was listed on the in-store menu card for ₹333, and I was able to order it online via the app for just ₹300 after a discount. It became very clear that if I had chosen to pay directly at the store without a bill, the payment would have gone into someone’s personal account rather than to the company. A delivery boy even confided that "Madam" earns a lot from this method and that the store manager is also involved. If even five to six out of ten in-store orders per day are being handled this way, it amounts to a significant loss to the company and a breach of customer trust. This behavior reflects badly on the Domino’s brand, which I have supported and trusted for years. I humbly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly. I am ready to share the evidence I have, including dates, times, transaction details, and the names involved. If your system shows these payments were received officially, I will accept that explanation. Otherwise, I hope you will take strict action against those misusing your brand and deceiving customers.
