Very bad service.. order was placed at 9pm still not received my order.. it's been more than 2 hrs now... Dominos service has drastically fallen... Only getting assurance from customer care but not getting my order... Not even cancelling order and refunding my money. Not recommending this huma outlet to any1 for ordering pizza... Even I m not going to order from this outlet..so much of delay.

The condition inside and outside was unhygienic. Only one female staff member was working, handling both taking and making orders. She was sweating because the air conditioner was off. When I asked her to turn it on, she replied that as per their policy, the AC is only turned on after 12 noon.

Very bad delivery service. On multiple occasions they delay the delivery. Their contact number on the app is switched off always. The customer care is also of no help. Once you complain they take 24 hours to revert without really solving or even making an effort contact the care. For a basic regular pizza and a side order they take more than hour to deliver on multiple occasions
