Last night we had a very bad experience with Domino's Pizza outlet at Vikhroli East branch we had ordered pizza but there was no response from the outlet we had tried to call them but they had not received the call after a long time they received the call and the employee *Mr.Mohit Singh* was being very rude his saying were "Humne jab unko pucha order ka kya he said bake hua hai mere pas koi delivery boy nhi hai humare pass aur bhi order hai then he said apko me update deta hu I didn't received any call from him I waited for 15mins. Afterwards when I tried to call him he was not receiving the call so we called him from another number that time he received the call and said rather than arranging something he said aisa hai toh me order cancel kar deta hu" Request you to train your staff how to treat customer. Also your customer care service is third class they had also not given any response. I don't want to give 1 star also to this outlet but this Vikhroli East outlet is very bad and third class. Please look into this matter.
