I had a very unpleasant experience at Domino’s Vikhroli East outlet. The food was good no doubt but the staff was ride. 1.Very poor experience Service is very slow and the people working here are least interested in taking the orders. , half of the things were out of stock and i put an order of Regular pizza and the staff bymistakely ordered Medium pizza costing me double and not even Guilty for their deed. 2. I was wrongly asked to pay twice for the same order. The manager is sane and good person but The staff is insane. Such incidents affect customer trust. I hope the management looks into this matter and ensures better service in the future

Dear Domino’s Team, I’d like to share my recent experience with an order that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, the pizza I received had noticeably poor toppings—either missing or unevenly spread, which affected both the taste and quality I’ve come to expect from Domino’s. Secondly, and more concerning, the delivery person marked the order as “delivered” well before it actually arrived. This not only caused confusion but also raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability in your delivery process. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both product quality and delivery accuracy. Worst service ever... My sister ordered pizza but by default she selected west side store... They internally changed order to east side... This store not even acknowledge my order... Worst experience.. me and my colleague were waiting for this to gift our senior who loves pizza.. won't gonna order again...

They don't offer free cup water. When I asked them for a glass of water they told me "voh band hogaya hai yaha pani nahi hai" wdym by that type of answer? + They do not wear gloves while serving or making veg or non-veg pizzas, there is only person for both the counter of making veg and non veg pizzas. That's a big problem here. The AC doesn't work. They have poor excuses for everything.
