Poor service for delivery we waited almost for a hour

Ordered Pizza at 12.27 pm, kept following till 2:30 pm, escalated delayed delivery to the zomato supervisor, they finally connected me to the store, they said my order hasn't even been started. My guests were hungry children waiting for food. Till 3 pm no one arrived. I had to drive to the pizza outlet myself and then collect my order which was tasting just average due to the rush. I don't think I'll ever order anything from this place again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Who takes 3hrs to deliver a pizza and then you have to go to collect the order? Between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm several times when I followed up I was informed my order was on the way which I later realised wasnt true.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Domino’s Vikhroli East outlet. The food was good no doubt but the staff was ride. 1.Very poor experience Service is very slow and the people working here are least interested in taking the orders. , half of the things were out of stock and i put an order of Regular pizza and the staff bymistakely ordered Medium pizza costing me double and not even Guilty for their deed. 2. I was wrongly asked to pay twice for the same order. The manager is sane and good person but The staff is insane. Such incidents affect customer trust. I hope the management looks into this matter and ensures better service in the future

Dear Domino’s Team, I’d like to share my recent experience with an order that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, the pizza I received had noticeably poor toppings—either missing or unevenly spread, which affected both the taste and quality I’ve come to expect from Domino’s. Secondly, and more concerning, the delivery person marked the order as “delivered” well before it actually arrived. This not only caused confusion but also raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability in your delivery process. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both product quality and delivery accuracy.
