I placed the order on 11th sept 2025 at 19:50. The order was not delivered till 20:40 I got a call by the delivery guy looking for address and said I have to pay Rs75 which was pending. My understanding I paid the entire amount. Online via my online banking Rs 330. And there was nothing pending. The delivery guy. insisted me to cancel the order and speak to the Dominos centre for refund. First of all the deliver was late more than 30 mins. Secondly the delivery guy didn’t even meet me to speak about the issue just a mobile call (dont know from where which location was he really intending to deliver or was more interested in cancelling the order). I need a complete FULL refund ASAP. Very UNHAPPY and Unsatisfied customer experiance. I’ll never come back to Dominos. My first experience with Dominos. Was such BAD will never recommend to anyone else.

I had one of the worst experiences at Domino’s Pizza. The staff showed no courtesy or professionalism at all. They refused to take my order and didn’t even bother to come to the counter to explain. After waiting, I was finally told by some third party delivery partner that they couldn’t take my order because it would take 30 minutes—without even a simple apology for the inconvenience. I honestly didn’t expect this kind of treatment from Domino’s. As a customer, basic respect and communication should be the least to expect, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Very disappointing experience.

Dominos is indias No. 1 worst restaurant 3rd great experience.. this is my 3rd complaint about dominos and the jogeshwari west dominos outlet ek dam third class delevery and the delevery boys are one of the gyu ashfaque ansari he give his phone delevery boy to go make a delevery the come at location he ended the trip I was waiting for 1 hr then also I didn't get order And rider dusre call pe busy hoke call receive nahi kar raha or bahane bana raha tha and Mera contact number black list me dala And dusre number se call Kiya to utha ke bol raha hai outlet pohoch gaya this the worst thing of dominos third great experience

I placed an order at 28 Aug'25 22:04 for a friend. Order got delivered around 23:18. Tried calling the restaurant on number Domino's bot shared and it's switched off. No way to communicate, no way to check if the order will arrive. This has happened 2nd time with this outlet and I have only ordered 2 times from this outlet. The food arrived so late and it was cold. Had to order from another place anyways. I see a lot of people sharing similar complaint. I do not understand WHY Domino's is not taking action against this store after same issue is repeated multiple times.
