The delivery service from this store is pathetic!! My order was delivered in 50 mins… that too for just the sides. The delivery guy answered my first call and said he was coming in 2 minutes. 40 mins later, when I called him a lot of times, he was arrogant and ignored all my calls. When I called the store, someone answered and was just giggling and not speaking and later they stopped answering the calls on the store number too. Do not order from here. Worst experience. Not once but twice.

This is a repetitive issue and i would never recommend anyone to order from Dominos online. The order never arrives!! We spent more than 1 hour trying to trace the contact number as the order had not arrived and the app never showed the accurate status. We troed all options- voice, chat, sms but never connected to even one live agent.. The customer care number never connects to an agent. They say they will revert in 24 to 48 hours- but what about my current order- ? Can we wait until then for a meal tonight ? Tried the chat option and that too could not connect to an agent as they were not available. At the end if the day we ordered food from some other place - the delay caused us a lot of embarrassment !! No one should order from here because if things go wrong, thete is no way to contact them. This is a serious grievance which will be raised to the appropriate authorities.

🚨 Extremely Disappointed – Worst Domino’s Outlet Experience Ever! 🚨 I usually don't write reviews like this, but this particular Domino's outlet deserves serious attention from both management and health authorities. My experience here was nothing short of horrible, and I'm compelled to warn others. 🛑 Shocking Lack of Hygiene: While waiting for my order, I was appalled to see staff not wearing gloves or hairnets properly while preparing pizzas. They were handling the dough with bare hands, touching surfaces, and going back to food items without even sanitizing – absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. This is a food safety hazard! 🍕 Cold and Stale Pizza: On top of the poor hygiene, they served me cold pizza that felt like it had been sitting out for a long time. I complained immediately, but the staff didn’t take it seriously. Instead of fixing the issue, they gave back rude and arrogant responses like they were doing us a favor by even speaking. 👎 Rude Staff and Useless Management: The behavior of the staff, including the manager, was unprofessional and arrogant. I politely raised my concerns, but all I got were excuses and attitude. They were not interested in solving the issue and clearly don't care about customers at all. Even after giving a formal complaint, no action was taken. Zero accountability! 🗑️ Overall Experience: 0/10 Cold food Dirty kitchen Staff without gloves No hair nets on some staff No proper response to complaints Disrespectful and lazy management 📸 I even took pictures as proof, and I’m considering reporting this to FSSAI and Domino’s corporate because this is a serious violation of food safety norms. ❌ I will never order from this outlet again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it too until proper hygiene, training, and customer service are implemented. @Domino’s India – You really need to look into this outlet immediately before someone falls sick.

I ordered chicken sausage pizza it was a take away order.. when I went at the store to take my pizza.. I opened the box it was chicken keema pizza , i went to the staff the lady , instead of apologizing she was like there is not much difference in chicken kheema and sausage pizza , as if I am coming for the first time, i said this is not what I ordered, she asked me to wait for another 20 min out, then when I received chicken sausage pizza instead of mozzarella cheese as described it was some shitty cheese spread tasting yuk and when I asked them, they were like mozzarella cheese is over .. spoiled my mood and food too ,what's wrong with the management 👎🏻👎🏻 pathetic service and staff
