I received a pizza with sauce that had a foul smell, & despite raising the issue with the manager Mr Ram, there was no resolution. I have always enjoyed Domino’s, but this experience has left me disappointed. Tried calling many time he not attending calls

Service is bad food was cold had to wait for an hr to get my order even the delivery guy wasnt ready to deliver the order i have to visit the outlet to take my order and that to was an after hour food was soggy and cold it wasn’t fresh at all and there was a hair in my pizza ridiculous service overall experience was yuck

I recently(14th sept 2025) ordered domino's new sourdough pesto veggie pizza, description of the pizza in the domino's app are mentioned as "Grilled red & vellow bell peppers, olives and a basil pesto drizzle over classic sourdough topped with 4-cheeses." But the pizza that I recieved did not have any bell peppers or olives I have attached a photo of the pizza I recieved for reference. I even raised a complaint regarding it and the customer care kept saying you recieve a call within the next 24 hours but I didn't and I recieved a SMS which said that my query had been resolved even though there was no contact between me and any domino's employee. Worst customer care out of all food chains, won't recommend to anyone and won't order anymore.
