Staff is very rude 😠 environment in heated ac is properly not working we request stuff regarding ac they was rude we order 4 different combinations pizza but we received only one different all 3 was same not proper service not proper food worst environment don't visit

Pathetic customer care and delivery service. I ordered pizza worth ₹650 at 9:20 pm but delivery didn't came till 10:30 pm so I called the store and got to know that vehicle malfunctioned for the delivery guy so my order wasn't delivered. I understood the situation so I simply asked them to give me the full refund for my order but I didn't get that as status was still out of delivery till 11 pm in the dominos app which also lies about the delivery time as 11 minutes ETA was struck for like 1 hour. I am really disappointed with their attitude, integrity and customer care.

Worst outlet I have seen in my life. I waited for almost 2 hours for my order they dont care what happened to the order. Persons working are arrogant. They don't lift the call.

This is the second time in less than month I am experiencing this issue please close down the restaurant if you can’t serve your customer at least other options are far better than you guys! And please if you can not handle the order do let other customers know first then only accept their orders this restaurant accept my order and have to wait for 1 hour then I tried to reached 10-15 times then they accept the call and said that they can’t deliver if possible can you pick up the order! This is such a great disappointment and disaster service you are providing please call the customer first and tell them that they will deliver late not the other way around! And please pardon my language but please don’t do this wallet point stupidity for making up for the customer this has zero meaning if you can’t deliver your order!
