The call is never received, the delivery is always delayed, they take like 1 1.5 hours just for delivery . The store management is very poor. I will be making an appeal to dominoes to get this store closed because it is the worst store I have ever seen

Not that well experience Staff were least interested in taking order and were quite rude with us and food was also tasting like their other outlets kindda cold too and also quite less unhygienic washrooms

This review is about an experience me and my friend had at the Domino’s outlet in Palava, Dombivli (not very recent, but still worth sharing). We visited the outlet late at night and were unsure if it was still open. We asked the staff, and they confirmed that it was open, so we placed our pizza order. After waiting inside for around 20–30 minutes, we finally got our order. But just when we were about to sit and eat, the staff told us that they were closing and we couldn’t dine in. We were genuinely surprised, because no one informed us earlier that dine-in wouldn’t be allowed. When we questioned this, they said they had informed us — but trust me, they didn’t. If they had, we wouldn’t have ordered at all and would’ve gone somewhere else. With no option left, we had to go outside and look for a place to sit and eat, and after searching for a while, we found some open space and managed somehow. The pizza was good, no complaints there, but the service and communication were disappointing. All I wish is that they had clearly informed us before taking the order, or at least allowed us to finish our food peacefully. Hope they improve their communication and customer handling in the future.
