Teach your staff to talk politely. Your staff is rude and lack basic manners. There is no hygiene maintained. If possible replace the staff who is taking orders and give me cleaning job.

Terrible service. They take hours to deliver the smallest of orders. The best part, their contact numbers are disconnected because they know they can’t fulfill orders on time. Terrible service, absolutely do not recommend ordering from this outlet.

Really disappointed with Domino’s today. Waited for more than one and a half hours for my order through Zomato, and at the end, I was informed it’s cancelled because of an oven issue. Such poor communication and service. Domino’s really needs to improve customer handling this was very frustrating.

Waited for over 90 minutes for my Domino’s order placed via Zomato, and after all that, I get a call saying the oven isn’t working so they’ve cancelled my order. Seriously? No prior update, no alternate solution just cancellation after keeping a customer waiting this long. Totally unacceptable and pathetic service. Never ordering from Domino’s again!
