To top Management of dominos I would like to lodge a complaint against Ms. Kavita, the Manager, and her staff at your Mumbai Delta Domino’s outlet. On my recent visit, I paid ₹374 for three pizzas (Order No. 112). I was made to wait for almost 30 minutes because one of your delivery boys mistakenly took my order. After that, I was again asked to wait while a new pizza was being prepared. Meanwhile, my rickshaw was waiting outside for a long time. Later, one of your staff members even asked me if I would take another pizza (“dusra pizza chalega”) that was already ready, which I found very unprofessional. I then called Ms. Kavita, the manager, to report this issue. However, instead of understanding my concern, she was extremely rude and uncooperative. She refused to offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused, and I had to forcibly accept the pizza. This kind of service and attitude from both the manager and staff is highly disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter, initiate strict action against the responsible staff including the manager, and process my refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. As I asked Kavita manager give me escalation matrix she reduced and said I am on the owner if I said no then no. What she thinks of her self she don't know how to talk to u am a daily customer of dominos. I

They are such a morron and shameless people they took order and after 13mins they says we haven't ordered Even while online orders they show they are preparing our meal and then shamelessly cancels order saying high demand Only cleans the shop when some random vloggers come to shoot other wise entire place is a messa They should be boycotted forever
