The worst experience I had at Domino’s pizza. I had places an online order and I asked my security guard to pick it up. First off, they refused to hand him over the food (whereas he knew the order number and food item). They refused to also speak over his phone. Besides the phone at the restaurant was not working. Secondly, I had ordered a garlic bread which actually had no garlic.

I would strongly advise against ordering from the Domino’s Ghatkopar branch. The delivery service is extremely irresponsible, and the customer care team is rude and unhelpful. Although the order was confirmed for delivery within 20 minutes, the delivery person called only once, and when the call was missed, he simply moved on to the next order. I was then informed that delivery would be delayed by another 30 minutes. It’s disappointing that they neither wait for a few minutes nor attempt a second call. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment in front of my guests. To make things worse, I later received a message stating that the order was undelivered, and while the refund was initiated, the time wasted and the embarrassment caused cannot be compensated. Very poor experience.

Cold pizza received and less cheese, and garlic bread was under cooked, chicken wings ordered they sent me meat balls.. ordered received in 1 hour...they didn't called and informed about order changed.Food: don't know how to bake properly looks like worst than local pizza store Service: Only 1 person!!! Takes order and prepare food and serves... what the hell is this? Atmosphere: only 1 table is available, never come here!!!This place is very unhygienic. The staff does not respond. No hand wash service. No drinking water cooler available. No washbasin, or toilet for the customer to use. The pizza too was different in taste when compared to other domainos outlets. Fresh pan baked pizza tastes like the normal one. Try avoiding this outlet.
