I had ordered pizza on 01st April 2021 through Dominos Application. I had already made the payment in advance and was tracking the order. The delivery guy called me and said he knows the address and he will be arriving in the next 5 minutes. In actual the delivery guy came after 40 minutes and when checked he was standing at a pan stall and was busy eating gutkha. I asked him the reason for being late, he said he did not find the address. I asked him to call his manager or help me with the number so that I can call him. The delivery boy said he does not have the number and then later on called his manager. I have raised a complaint and the manager promised me that he will process a refund which I haven't received yet. After opening the pizza it was all strechy and cold. I would definitely not recommend to order hence further from Dominoes Pizza as their quality and service is pathetic.
