I had ordered farm house pizza the pizza was not good at all it was very cold the pizza box was torn and cheese was not there at all the delivery person was very rude behaviour I had requested to send me chillie flakes was not sent It was a very horrible pizza please people i request you never go to dominos Pizza at all

This store is an absolute scam. They don’t start prepping the order even 1 hour after placing it and no one picks up the phone. And the clowns at Dominos corporate decided you can only cancel an order when it arrives at your doorstep.

Ordered pizzas and they delivered it after almost two hours. Pathetic service. Now I read the reviews and realise it’s happened with so many before as well.

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order with Domino’s that had a 30-minute delivery guarantee, but shockingly, it took 2 full hours to arrive. And mind you, I live barely 2 kms away from the store. When I asked the store manager about the delay, the excuse given was “we have fewer riders.” Honestly, is that supposed to be my fault? Why advertise a 30-minute guarantee if you can’t honor it? It wasn’t even a complicated order, just 3 simple items—yet they made me wait endlessly. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s, and it shows complete disregard for customers’ time and trust. If Domino’s cannot manage basic delivery commitments, they should stop making false promises. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.
