Absolutely the WORST pizza experience of my life. We ordered at 9 PM, and till 11 PM the order wasn’t even out for delivery. Two hours of waiting for what? For the contact person to literally BLOCK us when we tried calling for an update? Who does that?That’s not delay. That’s straight-up disrespect and fraud-level customer service And the funniest part? They claim “30-minute delivery,Bro, you couldn’t deliver in 120 minutes even if your life depended on it. At least have the guts to update the app that orders will be late. Don’t keep customers sitting like idiots.No communication. No apology. No responsibility. Just pure carelessness. This place is a joke, the service is pathetic, and the management clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Never and I mean NEVER ordering from them again. I wouldn’t recommend this place !!!

I honestly don’t know what’s happening with Domino’s anymore. Today’s experience was just… horrible. I ordered like I always do, expecting at least a basic level of service. But the food came almost 2 hours late. TWO hours. And this isn’t even the first time — last time also they delayed it by an hour. What really hurt me was what happened when I tried calling them. Instead of helping, they literally blocked my number. I was shocked. I mean… how can a store block a customer who’s simply asking for an update? I wasn’t angry in the beginning, just worried and hungry. But their behaviour made the whole thing feel disrespectful. Busy weekend I understand — delays happen — but ignoring customers and blocking calls? That’s just not okay at all. I used to trust Domino’s, but after this experience, I honestly don’t feel comfortable ordering from them again. It really made me feel like customers don’t matter to them anymore.

Pathetic experience ordering from the app ordered at 6 and the pizza was not even sent from their outlet and the delivery guy calls me after an hour saying this pizza isn’t fresh id suggest you cancel your order no 44 pathetic third grade experience

Worst domino's in Mumbai staff is unfriendly and have ego issue they don’t give proper condiment there was no tomato ketchup like seriously no col water in this blazing hot day

Past couple of times that i have ordered from Dominoes (via Zomato app), some customer service rep always calls and gives bullshit excuse that there are road closures/ traffic issues due to which the order might be delayed for 1+hours and ask for cancellation. Now, no other restuarant in that area faces such issues , only dominoes faces and they always call ~20-25mins AFTER placing the order, which at that point, i am already expecting the food in the next 15-20 mins and have already waited 20mins. So i have to go figure out my dinner options again waiting another 30-40 mins. Clearly the restaurant has accepted too many orders , and dont understand why cant they just activate " not accepting orders" option in the Food Delivery Apps and resort to such practices. The Customer rep is also always rude and unable to answer questions. Horrible experience. I have been facing these issues multiple times now with Dominoes and dont see ordering from here for the foreseeable future.
