Since 2 days I'm trying to order from domino's... but the store is kept on offline services Im expecting mom and its very hard to stop those pregnancy cravings. Instead of sending apologise you should instead arrange the delivery if we are so valued customers. The deliveries are available only after 9pm to 12am... Are you guys sleeping in the morning slots that you cannot deliver the orders keep your guarantee delivery tagline aside but atleast start taking up orders who wish to eat are unable to due to some technical glitch with the lower parel phenonix store... very disappointing service. Suggestion: if you guys don't have delivery person atleast allow zomato or swiggy to deliver the item... people who cannot drop by for dining or takeaways won't be allowed to enjoy their favorite meals. How disappointing is that?

We order today I mean before 10:35 already paid by gpay..but now it's 23:49 night. And they don't delivered our order we are just waiting. And the address is phoenix mall lower parel dominos. And ordered from near by maganbaug..think abt what kind of service is this. We get order 11.59. and we disappeared when we open box it's full on bogus and cold pizza we get..if there is no night time .we teach them lesson abt hunger

Worst service ever. I am highly disappointed in home delivery service. It almost 1 and half hours to delivered pizza at around 1km still shows the order is taken. Tried contacting them but the phone is switched off or i have dialled the wrong number as always this is a issue in this outlet they can't provide the correct number to contact. I contacted to customer care number they too tried to contact them but no response. Done from the Domino's.
