Being the dominos franchise, the experience was so disappointing... I ordered one farmhouse pizza.. The quality of pizza was so bad.. Other Dominos make their pizzas better... Even local shops serve better quality pizza.. Not worth the money

During my recent visit, the store manager was outright rude and dismissive. He flatly refused to take my order, claiming that online ordering was turned off. However, I successfully placed an order through the official Domino’s app right in front of him, proving that his claim was completely false. When I questioned him, instead of addressing the concern or offering assistance, he responded with complete disregard and arrogance, saying, “If you want to complain, go ahead.” This kind of attitude towards customers is shocking and unacceptable from a brand of Domino’s stature. • Not a single staff member was in proper Domino’s uniform. • There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue, even at the end of the interaction. • The overall atmosphere in the store was highly unprofessional, with no sense of accountability or service standards.
