I had issue with my parcel and I called the store almost 15 times and they cut my call knowingly every time .please don’t order from this outlet .This is so disgusting

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. The dining area was extremely unhygienic — dirty tables, unclean surroundings, and the place was full of mosquitoes and flies. Even the fly catcher wasn’t working, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. I reported this to the manager, Mr. Ram, but instead of addressing the issue, he casually said “machhar aa rahe hain to kya hua”. This kind of attitude towards cleanliness and customer concerns is completely unacceptable. I genuinely expect better standards of hygiene from a global brand like Domino’s. This visit was far below expectations and needs immediate improvement.

This outlet accepts your order but don't deliver it. I ordered the pizza around 12:35. & At 1:15 I directly get a notification that my order is cancelled. I mean agar aisa hi tha to accept kyu kiye. I would have order from some other outlet. Seriously speaking very much disappointed with this outlet behaviour. Worst experience. No customer care to support.m writing to report a distressing experience with my recent order from the Goregaon West outlet. Today I ordered a pizza and garlic bread, but upon consumption, I found a cockroach in the garlic bread. I've attached a photo for reference. I've tried contacting the outlet, but unfortunately, the shift manager was unavailable, and I couldn't get a satisfactory response. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to quality and customer service. I'd appreciate it if someone could look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future. I've spoken with Mr. Prince Ghanshyam Sharma about this issue . Prince force me to provide the garilc bread . After i said i don’t want the replacement he force me to collect . He has send the delivery guy at my home at 11:45 pm .
