Management is not good... Server goes down again and again...with no efforts to please the customers. 15 mins waiting was told to me and my pizza cane after 35 mins. There weren't more people or many orders running but still...

They gave us a raw,unbaked pizza with only cheese grated on it,total waste of money

Hated the service, coupled with the untrained rude staff. For the drive and dine in, the staff rudely says ' we will only know when you come in and inform us, even after the app clearly shows our physical presence waiting in the vehicle, defeating the very objective. Second time for the takeaway the app said pizza ready to pick up. On arrival the staff says it's not ready and then the wait is more than 15 minutes. Surprisingly, later the app timing showed pizza was ready in 20 mins. Was the ready pizza given to someone in urgency? Really disappointing and rude service.
