I ordered garlic bread from Domino’s Santacruz West on 18th December 2025, and what I received was completely burnt, hard, and not at all fluffy. It was inedible. I immediately emailed the next day requesting a refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response. I tried calling customer care several times, but they were absolutely useless and couldn’t assist. I even connected with the branch manager, who was equally unhelpful. After repeating my issue multiple times, they claimed they couldn’t see my emails and finally denied my refund, saying I should have emailed on the same day — even though I had emailed the very next day. This is pathetic service from Domino’s. Not only was the food quality unacceptable, but the customer support was dismissive and unprofessional. I will never recommend Domino’s to anyone after this experience.

Very poor service at Domino’s. For the third time, I informed the staff that the table was dirty, but no one responded. Extremely disappointing experience…
