VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Tardeo outlet — On the occasion of Children’s Day, we had spoken to Shahbaz, who works there, and placed an advance order of 14 pizzas for dining at 12:30 PM on 16th November. He assured us, “Don’t worry ma’am, just call and place the order. We’ll start preparing it so that when the kids arrive, they won’t have to wait.” But when we called him to place the order, he did not answer our calls. So I sent my son personally to check, just to make sure the kids wouldn’t face any inconvenience. Even then, they simply said the order would take time — which is something they always say. But the worst part? When we arrived with all the kids, they said that due to “technical issues” dining orders were not happening at all! They could have informed my son when he came to the outlet earlier, but they chose not to. Because of their carelessness, the poor kids had to leave disappointed on Children’s Day. This is not the only one complaint about them there are lot of complaints heard about them from many people I know. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Very, very, VERY unprofessional. I am never going to the Tardeo outlet again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before going there.

Very disappointed with this outlet. The food quality has gone down a lot, and the place is not maintained at all. No cleaning is done, the bathroom was locked, and the entrance area felt like a garbage storeroom. Totally unhygienic and not up to Domino’s standards. Needs urgent improvement in cleanliness and customer service. Not even deserve 0 star.The service was extremely poor — staff were rude, careless, and not at all attentive. My order took way longer than promised, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was cold, soggy, and tasted stale. On top of that, the store was messy and unhygienic, with tables left dirty and no proper cleanliness. I’ve had Domino’s at other places and it was fine, but this particular store is a complete disappointment. Definitely not coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their money at this branch.Third class service Tardeo branch. No cleaning done. Jab mai entry kar raha tha to unke hi do staff door pe khade hokar cigarettes pee rahe the. Koi saf safai nahi kuch nahi.

Worst dominos experience ever!! We had ordered 100 pizzas by prior intimation to the outlet and manager for our diwali party. And in the prior day evening they told us that it won’t be possible. Why don’t they intimidate in advance if they can’t make the food. Also 3-4 days prior we went to have a pizza combo there it almost took 40-50 mins for order to arrive. If this is the case why do they run food shop???Pathetic experience.
