Order was delivered 50mins late and the pizza was entirely cold. When I asked the delivery boy to call the store, he denied and started being rude. When I finally managed to speak to the store manager, he had absolutely no regret of delivering the order late and no acknowledgment of his staff's arrogance. Store manager asked me to cancel the order and didn't even arrange the replacement. I had to wait one hour absolutely for nothing. I HAD AN EXTREMELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE VISITNG/ORDERING FROM THIS OUTLET.
