My experiences with this establishment have been consistently negative, marked by poor service and rude staff interactions. On numerous occasions, my orders have been canceled due to missed calls. While I understand the need to confirm orders, these calls often occur during times when I am unable to answer, such as during meetings or while driving. Despite attempting to return the calls promptly, my orders are frequently already canceled by the time I get through. This has happened repeatedly, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration. This inflexible and unforgiving system seems designed to punish customers rather than accommodate them. Beyond the order cancellation issues, the quality of the pizza itself has been consistently subpar. The crust is often undercooked, the toppings are sparsely distributed, and the overall flavor profile is bland and uninspired. This suggests a lack of attention to detail in the preparation process and a general disregard for quality control. I believe this stems from a lack of dedication among the staff, particularly during late-night hours. It appears that when the staff is tired or nearing the end of their shift, their commitment to providing quality service and product diminishes significantly. This is unacceptable and creates a negative experience for customers who rely on their services during these times. If the staff cannot maintain the necessary standards of service and food quality during late-night operations, the management should seriously consider closing the store during those hours. This would prevent further negative customer experiences and protect the reputation of the establishment. It's disappointing to have to write this review, but I hope that by bringing these issues to light, the management will take the necessary steps to improve the overall customer experience.

Quality very bad,... poor quality toppings and pizza base was tasteless... under the tag of offers domino's is delivering lifeless pizza... this was last, me ordering pizza from domino's, never turning back to domino's... Waste of money and time... after a long time wanted to eat good pizza but this turned out to be "why I'm even eating this dry stale bread"

I had ordered a medium Farmhouse pizza and a small Margherita pizza from your Manewada Domino’s outlet. Unfortunately, the pizzas were served in an undercooked/unbaked condition. When I raised the issue with the outlet staff, I was informed that the chef was new, which I believe is not a valid justification for serving substandard food.
