I had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s today. I placed my order through the app, and it showed ready for more than 30 minutes, yet no one handed it to me. I was standing at the counter while the staff kept roaming around and ignored me completely. When I politely asked about the order, the response was rude. I was told to sit and that they would call me whenever it’s ready, even though the app already showed it as prepared. Their tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional. After waiting so long and receiving such behaviour, I finally left and requested cancellation. This kind of service is unacceptable. Domino’s seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service and respect.
