Poor service and mismanagement of orders... Orders delivered late. They priorities delivery orders over dine-ins... Poor housekeeping.

This guys are not capable to give the service for deliver the order between 30mins Pathetic service Always I have complaint regarding this the order is never delivered within or on time it’s always late I request dominos to please give us the option to change the location of restaurant while ordeing from dominos application

Absolutely pathetic service, misleading tracking, excuses, and zero accountability! One of the worst run food outlets I’ve ever dealt with. The service is not just bad, it’s borderline dishonest. The app tracking is completely misleading and feels deliberately manipulated to fool customers, especially when it comes to Domino’s so called 30 minute delivery guarantee, so the store doesn’t have to take responsibility. I’ve experienced this not once, not twice, but multiple times The app conveniently shows “Order Arrived” even when the rider hasn’t even left the store?? My first order arrived over an hour late, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. No apology, no explanation. On another occasion, I ordered around 3 PM. After misleading tracking for over an hour, the order was suddenly cancelled. When I called, the rider said there was a power cut and the system shut down, and I was told to simply place the order again. Today, once again, there were no updates for nearly one and a half hours. After repeated calls, the rider claimed the delivery vehicle battery had drained and someone else would deliver the order. If you can’t deliver on time, stop manipulating the app. If you can’t handle basic operations, don’t accept orders. At this point, this store should seriously consider SHUTTING DOWN

Disappointed ☹️ I ordered pizza at 8:42 PM , It had 30 min delivery assurance. We waited for 2 hrs, contacted store, but no response. Finally it got cancelled at 11:30 PM, What is this behaviour by dominos? Not expected. Don't order from this outlet
