We have order 6 in 1 pizza online for dine in and we forget to add cold drink in it, while giving the order for cold drink the ma'am who is taking the order are just ignoring us... So food it was okay but you have to learn about service...

Worst Store Ever, I pre-paid for my order, and after 1.5 hours, when I checked the App, it showed DELIVERED. I was shocked as the delivery was not even attempted. When I called the store, they were laughing and joking saying we tried to call you but your phone number was incorrect. When I informed that I had not recieved the delivery, they just hung up the call saying contact the customer support. This store is run by a bunch of liars and irresponsible staff that have no courtesy for customers. They took 7 days to refund. NEVER PRE PAY YOUR ORDER GUYS THEY WILL FOOL YOU.

Visited Domino’s on 09 Aug 2025, around 8 pm. Store was unhygienic (dirty floor, uncovered ingredients, overflowing bin) and staff were rude when I flagged it. Very disappointing for a national brand. Expecting a prompt hygiene audit. Food quality and taste was below average (pathetic) It was almost having food next to a sewage drain despite paying 800 rs ## shame

Food wasnt fresh, bread was not fully cooked, veggies were too old, extreme dried up. Red chilli felt like plastic
