I like dominoz but this particular branch gives very very slow delivery, staff seemed adequate but confused

It was my best Hangout place before corona 2020. Now it is gone down in quality and infrastructure maintenance. It seems they have stopped maintaining the store (baba adam ke zamane ka ac) and just focussing on take away orders. Ac is not working please first fix the ac problem. I won't suggest anyone to visit there for dinein. You can order it online and eat at home.

Staff is to lazy to take order , instead of taking orders on counter they are advising to order it through dominos mobile application,also I was told to wait 30 min for order very poor customer service , do not visit this perticular branch

Actually yesterday i order a pizza due to some miss understanding I didn’t get my pizza it’s was too late then once I called to domino’s they said they are sending my pizza once I received the pizza after almost 1.30 hours pizza was cold and then I called Mr Ravindra manager he said you only want fast so I give it the same pizza how can manager do like that to customers giving cold pizza
