Bad experience with manager of this outlet who refused to acknowledge my concern of not baking the pizza upto the mark. Even on repeated requests of a replacement, the person refused to take cognisance of the issue. I told him I order only one kind of pizza from their outlet and I’m well aware of the taste and quality to which he begin questioning me by asking my mobile number to verify if I am not fibbing about it. They really need to work on customer service because questioning a customer’s truthfulness by asking for my contact to information to verify isn’t the way. It was really demeaning and shows that their employees do not trust their customers. Highly disappointed with the manager’s attitude what to speak of the pizza.
