Pathetic service. Charging extra money because there system was not working do taking online order for which we have to pay extra. They don't even told ilus about this earlier it was when we have to pay then we notice the extra money and asked them about this. Also washroom was dirty.

Hey Domino’s, I just got my customized pizza, and it’s a total mess. Very Less toppings, barely any cheese, and it looks nothing like what I ordered. Super disappointed—paid extra for customization, and it feels like no one even checked. Can you make this right? This isn’t what I expected! If at all feasible, I would like a function that allows me to select "The Outlet" from which I would like my order to be delivered.

Here’s a sneak peek at what you want to order and eat, the “Royal Tangy Tomato Cheesiken Rice” And the second picture tells you the real story of what it means to add useless items to the menu which you have no experience in making. I know food photography is a thing but this level of fake advertisement deserves an honourable mention All this combined with the great customer service service at Dominos with an even more Pathetic Manager named “Arvind” and Swiggy who even asked to pay for the replacement order.

Vineet and Sumit available in store didn't take order they asked us to download app and order . They said system is out of service but they took order in front of us , this shameless behaviour of staff was unwarranted and unexpected. Useless store
