Order Details: Order ID: 292 Location: [Insert Store Name, e.g., Ring Road or Parvat Patiya, Surat] Date: [Insert Date] The Incident: App Issue & Harassment: Due to a technical glitch in the Domino's app, my order was marked as 'Takeaway' instead of 'Delivery'. When I called the store to seek help as I was waiting for my train at the station, the staff was extremely rude and used abusive language (gaali) over the phone. Forced Travel: Despite being at the station, I was forced to take an auto-rickshaw to the store just to get the food I had already paid for. Gross Negligence: Upon reaching the store, I was shocked to find that my paid order (ID: 292) had been given to someone else. I had to wait further while they remade the order. Evidence: I have captured videos and photos of the staff’s misbehavior and the chaos at the store as proof of this harassment. I also request a full refund for the mental agony caused and the additional travel expenses I had to bear.
