The staff handed me the wrong order. Since it was a takeaway, I didn't realize the mistake until about 30 minutes after leaving the store. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to accept the incorrect order, which was quite disappointing.

Probably one of the worst Donino's outlet i have ever been to. Ridiculous in terms of service and pathetic hygiene levels. There card machines are never working and force customers to pay in cash.
