The service at this place was really bad. We were denied even a glass of water and was given the excuse of there being no cups available. The toilet and wash area were also not accessible as it was under maintenance. Staff behavior was rude. We go to such chain restaurants because of it's familiarity as a chain but service provided by such outlets bring down the name of the whole chain. Pls improve your customer service.

Staff initially denied us water due to the unavailability of plastic cups. When we asked him to fill our bottle instead, he said, “Aaj pani kharab aa raha hai.” How are you making pizzas using dirty water then? Overall, we did not find the staff welcoming.
