Shift Manager Mahesh/Manoj Nightmare of a store, sent me a wrong order at the first place and then when I called they agreed that the order might be wrong and they will compensate for it the next time, got a call 30 min after at 2:50 AM, that they checked their CCTV or something and the order which left the store was correct. My point is first they sent wrong order and I sent them the picture as well then why didnt they raise the concern of investigating the CCTV at that time and agreeing to their mistake. Second, when I sent you the picture with wrong items you could have asked me to video call you so that you could have figured it out then. Third, I am one of there biggest customers out there and never complained once but now blaming me for fake complain for a mere 300₹ pizza? I hope the manager is kicked out and investigated for sucha unprofessional behaviour

On 1/1/2025 we went to Dosa Corner for New Year Party Celebration where there was a huge crowd. So we cancelled the program there and made it for Dominos Paschim Vihar D Mall. My biggest mistake was that I planned a party at Domino's. When we were coming for Dominos, my child felt like having a cold drink on the way, for which I took a cold drink. In which cold drink was left, so I did not place my order of 5 Pizza, 1 Garlic Bread, 2 Choco Lava, 1 Pizza Burger. Seeing this, the staff person told me that you have a cold drink taken from outside, you cannot sit here and eat pizza with this cold drink. I felt so bad after seeing this. But I always ordered take away, for the first time I thought of eating in meetings and got such an experience. We have eaten Domino's pizza outside purchase while sitting in the train, while sitting in the airport, while sitting in the bus stand, while sitting in another restaurant. When that person did not even persuade, then they show such discrimination here and then say boycott the foreign brand. I have stopped going to such brands from today itself.
