I’ve had a few challenges with this branch regarding service and order delivery. It seems that some of the requested items were missed, and I’ve also encountered issues with the food not being fully cooked. I believe there’s an opportunity for improvement in these areas.

Very bad service! They always tell some excuse to drive customer away. No one is in the counter.. The cashing system has been bad for weeks and they force customers to order online.. Pathetic service.. very unprofessional stuff.

Today I ordered it offline from Epicure Food Court Rajouri Garden Outlet and it is not the first time I have ordered it today. But the staff behavior there was so bad that I was so defeated by the fact that dominos like the brand are created by the employees who are spoiling the company brand. There is an employee named Sandeep, or an employee named Sidhu, both of them talked to a guest as if he was serving a roadside guest, with no style of talking, no dressing sense, no hygiene to follow. There is not much there, the employees there are talking to me only. But the manager there was watching the sub sub room, or was eating on the side of the main bed, are managers like this? your company ? Food Industry is mainly used to provide service, but looking at today's environment, it seems that there is a lot of mistake in management, if this is how you treat the customer, then you have no meaning in such a big brand company. how to work please see or do it yourself 👎
