I ordered Pizzas and Garlic breads on 9.8.25. The quality of Pizzas was very bad. Had to throw them in dustbin. It was smelling badly . I tried to contact the customer service but no one was available to accept any call or message. Very Bad Experience .

I received the worst pizza ever. Has Domino's pizza stooped so low that it starts selling such bad pizza? It is better to lock your shop because a local pizza vendor is serving better pizza than you. Jo photo hai ye farmhouse pizza kis angle se lag raha hai ? Koi hai jo bata paye.

My 72-year-old mother visited the Domino’s outlet at Patparganj, I.P. Extension on Friday. I currently live in the UK, and she often visits the store alone. This time, a young girl at the counter (around 5 feet tall) was extremely rude to her for no reason. My mother, being a senior citizen, was doing her best to place an order, yet she was met with unnecessary attitude and no courtesy. We later found out that the girl is just a trainee and hasn’t received proper training. While that may explain the lack of professionalism, it does not excuse rudeness toward an elderly customer. This behavior is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will be reaching out to Domino’s corporate customer care to raise this matter formally. I sincerely hope immediate steps are taken to ensure staff are trained not just in service, but also in basic decency and respect especially toward senior citizens.

Very bad service, and I take Big 6 in 1 Pizza but they are not packaging good, and not packaging in polythene , after ready pizza they are say take it and go , all ketchup & oregano pack in tissue paper polythene it's very bad service. I’m very disappointed.
