Absolutely horrifying experience with Domino's Kalkaji outlet. I ordered a pizza worth ₹800, and what I received was total garbage. The pizza had completely slid out of the box due to poor packaging and was dumped inside the delivery bag — inedible and disgusting. I immediately requested a refund since I had to leave and couldn't wait for a replacement. Instead of returning the amount to my original payment method (UPI), they were forcing a refund to the Domino's wallet — which, by the way, expires in a month. After repeatedly asking them to do the right thing and issue a a proper refund, not only did they refuse to refund the amount to my original payment method (UPI), they haven’t refunded me at all — not even to the Domino’s wallet. Now I’m stuck with no pizza, no bill, no refund, and the burden of constant follow-ups for something that wasn’t even my fault. What’s worse — when I insisted on accountability, the staff became abusive. The reception guy even went as far as threatening me with violence. This has gone way beyond bad customer service. It’s criminal. I am now lodging a formal police complaint against this outlet. I urge Domino’s India to take immediate action — and I strongly warn others to stay far away from the Kalkaji outlet. If this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

Pizza was great and so the ambience. Manager Mr. Umesh is really professional and we were so mesmerized by the hospitality given by this gentleman. A must visit place. Strongly recommend

It’s sad to see how the name of a world renowned brand is getting ruined here. Food was served cold, Taste was pathetic, staff are not prompt, Cleanliness inside the restroom was pathetic, it was similar to a MCD toilet.

I contacted Mr. Umesh (Manager of KALKAJI branch) for a small birthday celebration and bookedchdlf area ofcthe hall. At the time of the booking he lied a lot maam we will provide you system for song, one lady will attend you all time. No customer will seat in your booked area. But the reality was a big 0000000. They started offering seat in our booked area saying that maam they are our customer how we can say them no??? Then who am i. I am Also a customer. Now let me brief about song system, they were like I am talking in Russian language they were like blank saying maam system is not working today sorry maam we are checking..... what a bullshit.... they are a big liar in terms of what they are saying while attracting the customer and what actually they offer. Don't waste your time there. Food are Also not wow below the average.

I ordered the pizza from there domino app and they dined for delivery and there delivery boy said they can’t deliver in my area i can’t understand if you can’t deliver in my area so are you confirming my order and then I tried last from Swiggy I hoped they can’t deliver deliver my order but no there is no delivery till now it’s 11pm and I am trying to convince them from last two hours that please deliver my order even I have done online payment also……
