I have been a very loyal and frequent customer of Domino’s for years, regularly ordering and enjoying their food. However, tonight’s experience with the Kalkaji branch was nothing short of a nightmare and has left me utterly frustrated and shocked at the level of service I received. I had placed a simple order consisting of a Classic Pizza, Onion Pizza, and Garlic Bread. Nothing complicated — just a regular comfort meal I’ve had countless times before. But what I received was far from acceptable. The food arrived cold, the garlic bread was stale and chewy, and the pizzas were half-baked and sloppily prepared. This is NOT the quality I expect from a brand like Domino’s. The worst part, however, was the appalling customer support I received from the night shift manager, Suryakant Nirala. His attitude was completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even showing a basic level of empathy, he brushed me off with arrogance and zero accountability. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire time ordering from Domino’s. I request immediate attention from senior management regarding this issue. If Domino’s continues to allow such poor standards of food and customer interaction, especially from branch managers, I will have no choice but to stop ordering altogether — and I’m sure I won’t be the only one. Domino’s Kalkaji – You’ve seriously let me down tonight.

It's too poor quality of pizza, base not baked properly,no taste. Dominos staff have no manners, they behave rudely with customer after received money. Some people are celebrate there birthday party, too much noise, other customers disturb these kind of things, if anybody will complain to dominos staff so they reply rudely because they receive already advance payment from birthday booking person. If u complain for loud noise they repliled too much rudely. if u want cancel your order they told me money will not be returned. Why? Firstly, dominos staff are giving 20 min for prepared pizza after complaint pizza ready in 2 min. How is this possible? Especially billing girls are too much have no sense how treat the customer, I am too much disappointed and don't go anybody there. 😡😡
