I don't have any major issues with dominos in general. However, this branch was a disgrace and absolutely appalling customer service. Me and my wife went there to order, but there were no staff for at least 10 minutes .. and when someone finally appeared, then they didn't even bother taking our order, but said, "Because we are short staffed, you have to order online." What sort of pathetic service is this? When we asked for the manager, the guy said, "He is not here even though he was hiding at the back." If you have a store open, you need some organisation in place, not idiots walking around thinking there is a self-service available.
