I’ve been waiting for my order for more than an hour, and no one has called or even picked up the phone at the store. This is really disappointing and unacceptable service. 🤡🤡🤡Worst Staff & Service Ever Recently, I visited this store to raise a complaint because my money was deducted, but my order was never delivered to my home. When I politely asked to speak with the manager, the staff member rudely replied, “I’m the manager, talk with me,” clearly showing he didn’t want to listen. I then asked for the customer care number, and he told me it was “on the website.” He eventually gave me the number, but—unsurprisingly—it didn’t work. When I asked him to call on my behalf, he casually said, “It’s not working, how can I call them?” If the number doesn’t work, why is Domino’s even providing it? This is 1947-level customer service—completely outdated and unacceptable. My money is already gone, and they still can’t help me. Domino’s should remove their so-called “customer care” number from everywhere because right now, it’s nothing more than garbage. 🗑️
